Pulse Fish Rods ("Pulse") guarantees the original owner a Lifetime Limited Warranty against defects in workmanship and materials for all Pulse fishing rods. If a Pulse rod should fail due to a defect in material or workmanship, Pulse will repair or replace the rod at no charge within 90 days from the original purchase date, provided that the defect is confirmed, and the following conditions are met:
- A copy of the dated receipt must be presented for warranty validation.
- The rod must be shipped prepaid and insured to Pulse's designated address.
- Allow 20 business days for processing and shipping of the replacement.

Replacement Procedure:
- Within the first 90 days from the purchase date, Pulse will repair or replace the rod free of charge.
- After the first year, a replacement fee of $65 plus shipping costs will apply.
- If the exact model is no longer available, Pulse will replace it with the closest comparable model of equal value from its current product line.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from the following.
- Accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, or misuse of the rod.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Fire, theft, loss, intentional breakage, or customization of the rod.
Warranty Claims: No warranty claim will be processed without a receipt or an authentic dated proof of purchase from an authorized Pulse Fish Rods dealer, along with a completed warranty form.
Limitation of Liability: This warranty is limited to the replacement of the rod and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or any other type of damages resulting from the use of the product.
Color and Component Variation: Colors and components may vary between the original and replacement rods.
